Hope you go from toes to top of head. Just great. What do you think of Newton's running shoes, I think they are trying to mimic the 3 arches as opposed to other running shoes that either restrict pronating or supinating. What shoes do YOU suggest for runners? Love to know. Thank you for being on yogaonline!
