Such a cool and crazy (in a good way) Energy. Thank you so much !!! ( I love the wall :D)

Great energy to this practice!

Great session (although that wall is very distracting). Great for a warm up first thing in the morning.

There were more videos for Laughing Lotus Studio, which were great! Were they removed? Any possibility of bringing them back? Please. :) LL has become my favorite practice.

Loved it! Visiting NYC soon and can't wait to take a live class at Laughing Lotus...

A little disappointing. Cueing could have been much better, especially since the flow was so fast paced. Would have been fun otherwise.

Excellent flow :)

The sirens were a little distracting and the instruction could have been clearer, as the class moves very fast. A lot in just 14 mins, so you do actually get your heartrate up in this short amount of time and her energy is great. Thank you!

nswyers, posted on July 7, 2012

Please, Please, Please do a beginner video. You are awesome but a bit to fast for me.

dancelittledancer, posted on May 21, 2012

Well not every one gets to do yoga in a perfect place and i wouldn't let a siren or some graffiti ruin my practice. Its a sweet one i liked it but agree with some of the others regarding a little more instruction so that i don't have to keep looking at the screen.

Mikaii, posted on April 24, 2012

Not for me; I echo the comment below about the sirens and graphiti - distracting.

Liked her energy though.

This was an AWESOME start to the day. 15m is going to be quick, bit this hits it all. Not for someone who needs strict instruction. Leaves you feeling fresh, inspired, and ready to rock!

dinoclaire, posted on March 31, 2012

Had so much fun doing this one! This is my second time and I enjoyed it much more this time - I'll definitely keep coming back to this one whenever I need a pick-me-up!

T22, posted on March 21, 2012

Kind of quirky, but I liked it. I wish the cues were a little better so I didn't have to stare at the screen so often. Having said that, I like that it's a dance routine that I can continually learn and come back to.

duncan, posted on March 14, 2012

This was exactly what I needed. 15 minutes to play and open my heart. Thank you!

HeatherinArles, posted on March 12, 2012

What an amazing teacher! I agree that beginners will need to watch first if they don't know the names of poses like "peaceful warrior" but this is a great opportunity to open it up, not take yourself too seriously!

lizlopes, posted on March 7, 2012

too fast, but really nice.... thanks!

Sirens in the background and graffiti walls don't make for the most tranquil of settings.

YOUYOGA73, posted on February 29, 2012

what is life without playfulness? thanks for sharing a fun, fluid approach to a yoga practice!

yomee100, posted on February 29, 2012

very playful. But really hard to follow. Please give us more specific direction.

really loved and needed this today thanks! look forward to checking out other things of yours in the future.

KateLisa, posted on February 25, 2012

Really enjoyed this! love the individual style and it brings out your confidence in moving with your own flow. Great practise, thanks Dana!

Charneva, posted on February 25, 2012

This is absolutely awesome. As with any video or practice you may need to watch it once and then practice if you are a beginner, but as a practitioner who is not new I was able to go through the flow the first time. I love this woman and I am now looking for everything she has here on my online yoga. :)

madrona, posted on February 24, 2012

Love the teacher and her style but it was hard to follow as there wasn't any direction so I had to keep staring at the screen, twisting my head to do so depending on the pose.

peipei, posted on February 23, 2012

The background noise overrides the instructions, can this be stressed next time? thank you.

mayogaroom, posted on February 23, 2012

I absolutely LOVE your practice ..... Light, fun and effective ! shine, shine, shine ....

share12, posted on February 23, 2012
