In the intervening time, I have come to deeply appreciate the longer version of this practice on Gaia and find it incredibly rejuvenating.

I love this.....just one comment, you spend the 4 first minutes talking, and sometimes streaming doesn't let you skip it's too much, specially when It'ss not your first time, relaxing loves silence, just saying. THANKS for doing this :D

Beautiful restorative class! Very similar to my ananda teacher of 6 years who left the area. I felt lost when she moved. Excellent replacement, so happy to find you and this site!

Amazing! This made me feel so beautiful and its been a while. I have battled MDD for most of my life and was recently diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. I'm looking for a routine that my sore bloated body can handle. This is it! Thank you so much Marla Waal.

Wonderful practice for morning after hard class-love it!

NicoleUrdang, posted on November 17, 2010

Very calming and well-explained practice. I have taken restorative classes before and often felt the poses were held for too long a time. This practice uses shorter holds and opens all parts of your body, thereby allowing you to have the luxury of a restorative session without having to devote an hour and a half to it.Thank you!

Thank you ! I would like to request for a restorative pose for tight knees. Namaste
