beautifutl, great class Gloria! only missing the kundalini mantras to tune in at begining & tune out at the end. for yesmarc95 & others not familiar w/ Kundalini- many of the kriyas are definitely aerobic and it's all yoga.

Yet another great video by Gloria- thank you for this sub-30 minute addition! It was nice to incorporate new kriyas for heart opening than Gloria's shorter video of similar title (and Lindsay's 31 min heart opening kundalini practice would make a nice compliment on alternating days).
