This is quite similar to Rags last class, with a certain amount of variation. It is also a bit more compact--which I liked. The focus of this class is on handstands and arm balances. Rags is funny, interesting and deep. He's got quite a stong male energy--there is a lot of physical power involved in doing the poses. I was unable to do some of the variations simply because I do not have the physical strength (and I don't know if i ever will!) Only a minimal amount of stretching, twisting and backbends which I kind of missed. Still, Rags is a top teacher and this is a great video.
