Beautiful! At the end I rubbed my hands over my face, shoulders and arms as well. Feels amazing. Thank you.

I chose this meditation to begin my birthday celebration.
Alignment seems to be a key ingredient for many areas in life.
This meditation mantra is a blessing.

Wow - thank you. I've never tried meditating using a mantra before... Beautiful.

I find it much easier to engage in meditation with a mantra to focus on. I find it virtually impossible with the visualisations so this was ideal for me! Thank you

I just joined MyYogaOnline and found Padma! Beautiful, beautiful mantra practice... AHAM AROGYAM, AHAM AANANDAM: "I am free from illness, I am eternally blessed."Her voice still echos in my head... beautiful. Thank you! I LOVED IT.

The Sanskrit Mantra taught in this audio is written as follows: AHAM AROGYAM, AHAM AANANDAM. This translates as "I am free from illness, I am eternally blessed."

Agreed! So glad someone wrote it out. It feels very peaceful to say.

Thank you for sharing the Sanskrit Mantra for this meditation.
It is so helpful to see the Sanskrit in writing for my visual learning and a more complete educational meditation experience.

Can you put the mantra you use in this video in the description part, pls?
Sounds great, but I don't know if I spell it correctly. I really want to use this mantra not a translation in my language. Thx

I loved it. Thanks so much, it was nice to have your beautiful voice resonating in my head during the quiet parts, too.

This mediation was the first time that I’ve used a mantra to focus the mind. I found it really effective! I’ll use this often. Many thanks.
