I can't put into words how beautiful this was. Thank you. I kept smiling every time you reminded me of my non-toothache :) how we take such simple things for granted. Moments after you said to pay attention to the flowers our loved ones show us, my partner came into the room and stopped to kiss the top of my head. I smiled at my flower :) Namaste, Bernie.

Thank you Sir... I just did this meditation at work to try to mitigate some anxiety I have been feeling today, and it was the best thing that I could've done for myself! This just proves... that we don't have to helplessly submit to anxiety when it appears; we can actually take control with mindfulness meditation... What I got from this session, no medical doctor could prescribe. Thank you again... Namaste!

Hi Nanski ... the comment that walking on grass is the true miracles comes from an ancient Zen master, Lin Chi (Rinzai in Japanese) and is one that I first heard from Thich Nhat Hanh. What this message implies is that every day life is a real miracle! We don't need to be a god to do miracles. Miracles are not reserved only for special people. Everyone can practice living life mindfully and experience true joy, peace and happiness right here, right now. Isn't this breath you are breathing right now miraculous? Cheers! Bernie

I am a regular yoga meditator, but I feel this site needs much more good meditaton and longer please. Aleast 45 mn to achieve that mind/body connection. I do a reugular yoga practice 5 or more days a week and I am a physician/Hspitalist.. This is a very stressful job with 12 hrs/day 7 days a wk on. Please bring us more restful meditation!

Beautiful meditation! What a powerful message! The being of presence is so energizing!
I started this meditation a little withdrawn but as the meditation progressed I felt such wonderful sensations run through my body. My spine felt alert and my hands a warm tingling of receptive energy for what is, now.
The present* moment is truly a gift* THANK YOU Bernie for another enlightening meditation practice* This is definitely a keeper* and I cannot wait to explore more of this magical journey! Have a blessed day! *** XXX
