This is good for specific elements but the pace is quick. One can probably get the hang of it pretty quickly but you need to have the basics and core down first.

If you are stuck at home or cannot get to a ballet class and are already familiar with the standard barre series, this is really a nice barre/floor barre substitute. Step it up and make it more technique-y as needed. Really enjoyed it!

I'll probably do this again, but I'm only givingn it 3/5 stars. Her cueing was really off and the pace was really fast. I'll do it again because I think I could probably get the hang of it and enjoy it, but because her cueing was pretty bad, it was hard to keep up the first time. Also, it was a bit repetitive. I could probably do this DVD a few times a month and get something from it, but I wouldn't make it a weekly video. There are better Pilates videos out there, this is a good "supplement" to a Pilates routine, but shouldn't be the foundation of it.

Just found this one boring, repetitive, and slow. Felt like the moves were not really working my muscles. There are better Pilates videos on this site!

Was looking for a good balance workout and while I cannot do as many reps as she does yet, will continue this workout and check out other Method workouts.
