Perfect instruction, love Andrea's narrations. I thought by the title 'here comes the sun salutation' that we'd be doing full salutations, perhaps learning the difference between "A" and "B". This session was too much on my wrists and shoulders this morning, so I did other things while listening to Andrea's lovely voice, and joined back in with the bridge poses.

So glad you made adjustments to accommodate your wrists. Totally appreciate your sweet comments about my voice and instruction (blushing virtually :) Thank you so very much for practicing with me here on Gaia! xx A

I am not a beginner and have been an avid practitioner for many years but i adored this practice. It is always good to go back to the basics, and slow down I work very hard at bodybuilding and lifting, but yoga is always the place that helps me come home to myself, where my strength or flexibility do not matter, but just being myself. Thank you for helping me come home. I will definitely add this to my regular routine!!

I'm such a huge fan of allowing things to be simple enough that we can really hear what they are telling us about ourselves. So glad that resonated with you here and absolutely thrilled to have you practicing with me! xx A

Thank you Andrea, these practices are pitched perfectly. Time taken to explain, to settle, to breathe and adjust makes it such a pleasure.

I am a regular yogi. Lately my schedule has been changing with work so my practice has taken a back seat. These introduction to silence videos have been wonderful to help me ease back into the practice!

When, during shavasana, you invited us to let go into something greater, so that it was a shavasana of body, of mind, and of spirit, it was a sweet reminder of yogi Bhajan saying that we are not human beings trying to be spiritual, we are spiritual beings trying to be human. You transformed the experience for me. Thank you.
