Your teaching style is gentle and soothing. You make even the difficult moves easy because of the gentle smooth transition from ease to tension with the encouragement of walking through each movement slowly with attention to detail.

Thank you for encouragement to stay with breath for healing of our bodies and minds.

Fantastic session - as we commenced in child's pose i was expecting a nice slow paced routine - that soon changed but it was an awesome experience all the same!! Thank you.

I love how open you were to both the slow and and the deep, the moving and the stillness! This is what life is all about, I think. And how we can experience it fully is to love everything as it comes! Thank you!

First, I want to say that I was reluctant to enter into these "Gaia" made yoga videos - I feel we are not seeing as much of our "original" instructors we have come to know and love since myyogaonline merged, and seeing more of these "Gaia" led videos that just seem to lack the personality, so my disappointment has kept me from coming as often as I'd like, but I tried this instruction this morning before work and it was soothing, relaxing and just enough for the time I had. Nichole Golden keeps it calm and to the point, with modifications for everyone. Though I am still going to hope I find more of my favorite instructors leading the call to action banners instead of being bombarded with "Gaia" produced, I was happy to say that this was pleasant and appreciated this morning!

I'm so glad to hear that you are finding some solace amongst the change. Change can be so uncomfortable! Especially when we are really in love with certain teachers, nothing can replace a love like that. I feel honored that you were open to trying class with me here, I hope to continue to help soothe and comfort some of the challenges with the transition that you have been feeling. Namaste!
