Fantastic sequence- felt sluggish and bloated and really helped me to release. There is a long and lovely restorative section in the second half which is worth noting, if you are looking for more movement.

I loved this but found the first half more challenging than I could comfortably manage. I would love if you could produce a similar programme that is more modified for less flexible folks :)
