I tried this just now and I am amazed how great this feels! Especially, my lower body feels so loosened up and it is as if I feel the the blood circulating through opened doorways...
I just wondered if the sound could be improved as it is quite noisy... Thank you so much for this, I will certainly repeat this!

Thanks for practicing with me. Yoga does open up areas of our bodies that may have been previously tight . So sweet that you felt it. Keep on practicing. You may be amazed with the results.

Loved this - what a beautiful spirit you bring to the practice! Really enjoyed the support of the wall, the shoulder stands, and chanting to the beautiful guitar melody. Thank you!

Thanks for this fantastic practice! I like the comments who helped me stay present, the guitar and the chanting at the end!
I really enjoyed your style!

Chifony, Thanks for your sweet words. They are so appreciated. Chanting at the end of a practice, for me, brings in an element of spirituality. So it is more than just a physical practice. If you are interested in taking some "live" classes, with chanting and a whole lot more, come join me in Costa Rica, April 16-26, 2016. Check it out -

Thank you for your kind comments regarding home practice. It does take a different kind of dedication. Thanks for the respect. I thought the music was fun!

Nina, You were REALLY listening? Thanks for taking the time to comment. It's so hard to know when doing a format like this. Music helps soften, sweeten, as well as, seal the physical practice . Love that you thought it was fun!

And I FEEL your love, through your response!

Thanks and Namaste,

Did not like the music.

Eric Paskel, posted on January 6, 2016

And that's okay. In the long run, its not really about the music. The songs keep changing. What's more important is that you are moving your body.

Thanks and Namaste,

No one has a bad voice! I loved that- it gave me permission to really connect with the wonderful chanting at the end of another of your inspiring practices.
