Sammelana Dharma and Shri

Available worldwide

How do we live a life within the boundaries of what is expected of us while still trying to evolve beyond our wildest dreams? Dharma tells us “how” to live in the world, what is right, what is wrong and what boundaries we must follow to maintain safety and order. Shri is the invitation into more—infinitely more. Shri invites us to challenge our firmest boundaries in the search for expansion. The practice with Ashleigh Sergeant of sammelana or “melding” teaches us how to apply 100% of each of these at all times in order to forge our unique path while holding strong to necessary boundaries. Explore deep hip openers and forward bends in this all levels practice with Ashleigh Sergeant.

I'm really liking Ashley's style and thought processes about the life applications of the yoga. Looking forward to more. Perhaps the dual nature of grace is the next one for me.

I really appreciate the focus on technique in the practice both with the seemingly simple and with the more difficult poses. I enjoyed hearing Ashleigh's perspective on Sammelana, Dharma, and Shri even though I disagreed with some of it, particularly related to boundaries.

I love her consistently authentic practice. Beautiful blend of philosophy with movement. I always benefit, body and soul, from her work.

A lovely strong practice. I wish each pose was held for longer periods of time. I felt like I was just getting into each pose and then it was time to move along.

I thought her instruction was confusing, so I had to watch the screen most of the time. This class is not good for people with knee problems.

I enjoyed the pace and intention of this video, but I found there was a bit too much talking for me to focus on my intention.
