I am a 200RYT and I absolutely loved Matt! Beautiful images and his cues are amazing! It was a challenging work out, but he offers modifications for those who need it. It was also a mindful practice. I did add my mp3 player with some soft music to practice to, since I really enjoy background music. A truly gifted teacher and I was blessed by this practice. I felt encouraged by Matt and loved that he demonstrates some of the poses as well. I LOVED this video.

After surgery on both wrists I am slowly moving back into some vinyasa after only doing old school Hatha. Hatha has kept me going during this time, but Matt's class and instruction felt so good and reminded me that I really can do this, even though I have to modify for wrists. I can do it!

I am blessed enough to be able to take several classes a week from Matt in person. While traveling, I can experience his unique descriptions and fun flows without missing a beat (I play chillstep along with it so it better mimics the live classes).

Matt is an inspiring teacher with a great style that keeps you connected to your body and awareness while motivating you through a challenging practice. There are some great sequences and transitions that were new to me and I'm doing this practice a couple of times a week now.

I love this guys narration and direction. He really explains the poses so nicely. I found the standing poses and transitions a little tricky and used the wall and blocks to support myself through those flows.

Keep workouts like these coming, Gaiam! This was a great vinyasa routine. I also enjoyed the teacher's overall encouraging and accepting demeanor. The only thing missing for me was a shoulder stand-plow series at the end to go along with the wheel, but I can put that in myself. Otherwise, this is the absolute best yoga routine I've done on this site. Thanks!
