Hits all the spots that forever seem tight, or need awakening, from being very active. I can see myself using this as the recommended warm-up and/or cool-down as well as first thing in the morning, or when I just need to stretch it out - all in a very "do-able" time frame of 25 minutes. An integrative approach to yoga that was just what I was looking for.

Short practice that gets in to all the key areas of the body (as an athlete or otherwise). There aren't really any sun salutations at the start so if you're used to warming up with these you may want to spend 5-10 mins before hitting Play on this. Really nice pace and flow though.
