I found this class not very challenging until I had to stretch my hamstrings with no feeling of them being warm at the very end. I couldn't connect with it and had monkey mind with all the same poses for long periods of time. I had a hard time seeing what she was doing the majority of the time because of her wearing white and a filter whiting her out even more.

At first I wasn't sure about buying this one but boy am I glad. One of my favorite yogas by far, Maya is amazing!

I woke up today with post-holiday sluggishness and feeling very tired and unmotivated. I was looking for something new and different that would energize or inspire me and this did not disappoint! Great for when you need to shake up your routine and find new energy. It does require an open mind!

I love the free form dance that inspires a sense of letting go. The chanting and movements of offering also make this a winner for me. It's a nice break into the creative side of exercise. This was both challenging and energizing. Beautiful! Thank you Maya!

I really enjoy this class; I do it a couple of times a month, sometimes more often. A great "waker upper." It's closer to Kundalini that other forms of yoga with chanting included. As others have said, sometimes the instructions could be broader but just watch her a bit without doing and you'll get it. :)

The class is OK, it is repetitive. There is not much yoga in the class. It is mostly movement that I would not call dance. The directions are minimal.

Do this - right now! You will feel amazing! Better than a massage. Your entire body will unravel from all that stress and negativity you're holding on to. It's a full body workout. Just try it... you will feel joy-filled and your heart will be centered afterwards. A total recharge. How fun!

One of the great things about GaiamTV is the diversity of yoga practices! For me, I found this hour long practice to be repetitive and strange. It is dance, not yoga. I know that the repetitive quality is suppose to be meditative, but I found it frustrating and irritating. It won't be a practice I would do again, but it was most certainly an interesting experience. I'd recommend giving it a try.
