Playing with the Classics

This class with Coco Ferrari is mixed level class based on classical Pilates movements. Coco takes some of her favorite traditional Pilates poses and teaches them in a less traditional way. Expect to fire up your core and strengthen your back in this playful practice.

Contraindications: People with slipped or bulging disks should avoid the rolling. Anyone coming back from a back injury should take the most basic variations and build strength slowly.
