Sadhana: Before Awakening

Sadhana: Before Awakening

More Details

What if the one trying to awaken is the very thing in the way?

Chapter One: Sadhana Before Awakening explores the ego’s fundamental misunderstanding of the spiritual impulse. When the call to awaken is first heard, the conditioned self responds, “I will do it,” taking up practices, techniques, and spiritual identities in an effort to reach liberation.

Through direct inquiry, the film reveals the core paradox of seeking: the very sense of “I” that claims the path is the structure that maintains separation. Practices may refine attention, but awakening cannot be achieved by the one who believes it is incomplete.

True sadhana begins not with effort, but with clarity, when the mechanism of seeking itself is seen and relinquished.
