When regression uncovered memories of standing aboard an advanced craft, Jennifer Carmody realized she was remembering an ET life before birth rather than an ordinary human childhood. Looking down at her five-year-old body resting motionless below, she received a direct message that fundamentally altered her understanding of identity: it was time to step into physical form.
In this compelling episode of Gaia Shorts, Carmody explores pre-birth memories of alien life and how her conscious transition into this lifetime defied conventional birth narratives. Rather than experiencing typical contact or abduction, she uncovers what she describes as a soul exchange—an intentional transfer of consciousness into an existing human vessel. Hypnotic regression allowed her to access a realm beyond planetary confines, bridging pre-birth consciousness with earthly biology. Her narrative provides an empowering perspective on suppressed phenomena, examining how non-human intelligence and intentional incarnation interact.
This account addresses key inquiries surrounding extraterrestrial past life memories and how personal awareness migrates across stellar systems into human physical form. Carmody details standing alongside a mysterious guide, observing her future self, and answering the call to embody human existence. By examining how cosmic reincarnation experiences intersect with personal awakening, this presentation sheds valuable light on alien soul reincarnation and the broader phenomenon of starseed past life recall. Her testimony invites viewers to question established boundaries of origin and embodiment, offering a grounded perspective on extraterrestrial reincarnation.
