This guided meditation builds upon the Enter the Heart Space lecture and leads you into a heart-centered state of awareness where emotion, intention, and perception come into coherence. In Focus 18, often called the Heart Space, the mind softens, the body relaxes, and awareness stabilizes through the intelligence of the heart.
