This ‘Worry Less’ guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who want to stop worrying.

Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. Worrying is a form of thinking about the future and thinking about future events in a way that leaves you feeling anxious or apprehensive. But truth is, there is little or no point in you worrying about something that might or might not happen. In our session we will help you be more resilient, feel more calm and relaxed, help you let go of stress, anxiety and worries so you feel more assured that everything will work out just as it should. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways so you feel less worried each and every day.
