Inner Strength & Confidence Breath Meditation

Available worldwide

This breathing meditation with Kreg Weiss will start with light movements to free up the body and create expansion. Fear and doubt can greatly limit our capacity to reach our full potential. To close the practice, enjoy a period of stillness breathing into Vajrapradama Mudra, symbolizing unshakable trust within yourself and the world around you.

Those gentle movements and twists really made this meditation very special and powerful! I love it and I am very happy I learned vajrapradama mudra! What a great seal! Thank you! Sending love and blessings your way! Namaste!

Merci sabineschulte, Vajrapradama is one of my favourite mudras - the power of trusting inwards and outwards. You may also enjoy my meditation that incorporates Shankh mudra. Namaste, Kreg :)

Hi Kreg,

My husband had requested a breathing meditation before his morning run today. He said he was having a hard time breathing during his runs. After we did your meditation he went running he said he could breathe better and he wasn't lethargic afterwords. Your meditation was perfect!

Thank you,
Patti and Mark

Hi Patti and Mark, Big thanks for your warm comments. Yes, pranayama and overall yogic breathing greatly improves breathing mechanics and lung compliance which translates well over to other traditional exercise modalities. I highly encourage Mark to continue exploring the various breathing/pranayama videos to explore how they further support his running practice. Please feel welcome to share more your experience with these practices. Namaste, Kreg

Hi Gabi @UtopiasdeBolsillo ... thank you for your feedback and question about this meditation practice ... to transition out of meditation and back into your daily routine, I recommend doing several rounds of cat/cow ... the physical movement and full breathing will energize the nervous system (in a holistic way) ... you may also find playing some uplifting (positive) music also helpful as a soft transition

UtopiasdeBolsillo, posted on January 31, 2014

Hi Kreg,
I love this meditation sequence, it's very beautiful and has helped me lots.

I have a little question for you: I found very difficult to "come back" from meditation. It feels a bit shocking coming back to "reality".

I manage to keep the state of mind after my meditation but right after I end my meditation I find it difficult to adapt and continue with my routine. Do you have any tips for avoid that shock?

Thank you!

All the best,
