Dearest Rebecca,

Those warriors can be so tough! One of my students at my home studio in Colorado calls the warrior poses, "wounded warrior," because they are so difficult! What I love about what you said is that through the challenge, you found the joy. I can feel that smile in your note! How wonderful, thank you.

Sending love,

Nichole

Isn't it so?! I always feel so amazed at how potent these little reminders can really be. We can be so hard on ourselves! I'm so glad you found this practice helpful.

Sending you love and lots of good thoughts! :)

I am so glad I was drawn to this teaching of love this morning. I am taking several things away from this short video... & one can't help but have only positive, loving, sweet thoughts with Nichole guiding the practice. Thank you!

My heart is so full from reading your warm words. Thank you for receiving these offerings with such open arms. I'm honored to know there are things you can take away from this practice and bring out into your world.

Sending you love,
Nichole
