Upper Body Workout
Yoga and Pilates instructor, Suzanne Deason, combines moves from both disciplines and adds the BalanceBall for stability. This workout will emphasize the small core muscles that are not normally used in traditional workouts. It will also tone the upper body muscles: chest, arms, shoulders, back and upper abdominals. Yoga based movements will help build strength in the upper back. Pilates exercises will help relieve shoulder and neck tension. Proper alignment and full attentive breathing will help bring unity to your mind and body. Focused exercises and focused awareness will provide a complete and effective upper body workout.
