The energetic home of this mantra is in the first chakra and the physical locations that hold the energetic signature of this chakra are the legs, the base of the spine (coccyx) and the perineum. Our practice today will include postures and breath work to help bind this affirmation into our minds and bodies.

Nicole thank you so much, this is wonderful. I had a lot of foot problems, and doing this a few times has helped me release the tension in my feet and legs from not wanting to feel connected to the earth. It clearly works on the first chakra and has made me so much more at home on the earth and relieved my physical symptoms.

Loved all of the grounding poses! I would have loved to have a little more chakra info throughout the practice, but overall it was a great short practice that I will come back to again and again. namaste
