Dan Millman

Dan Millman has written sixteen books including ?The Four Purposes of Life? and ?The Way of the Peaceful Warrior? and others that have all touched the lives of countless people.

A former scholar-athlete at the University of California Berkeley, Millman competed in several different events, including trampoline and vaulting - in which he later became a World Champion and a NCAA Champion respectively. Millman graduated from Berkeley with a B.A. in Psychology, post-graduation he went on to coach gymnastics as Stanford including for several future Olympians.

Since leaving the world of athletics, Millman has dedicated his life to spreading the way of the Peaceful Warrior and the techniques that go along with that to people around the world. With his books published in over 29 different languages, his word is rapidly spreading to people from all different walks of life.
