Timothy W. Hogan, also known as simply Tim Hogan, is the Grand Master of the Order of the Temple of Secret Initiates (O.T.S.I.) and a distinguished figure within the Knights Templar lineage. Renowned for his deep expertise in various branches of Freemasonry, Rosicrucianism, Martinism, and Templarism, Hogan has authored several influential works, including The Alchemical Keys to Masonic Ritual and The Way of the Templar.

His extensive studies and leadership roles in these traditions have allowed him to lecture globally on the Western Mystery Tradition. Hogan has participated in numerous Masonic and Templar delegations, including significant events in Turkey. His contributions to the field extend to notable appearances at the U.S. Embassy in Nigeria and the American University of Beirut, as well as in the Dateline NBC special on Dan Brown, "Secrets of the Lost Symbol."
