Victoria Whitney

Dr. Victoria Whitney, D.Sc., is a pioneering environmental scientist and transdisciplinary researcher renowned for integrating extraterrestrial insights into human and planetary development. As Chancellor of the Omicron Commonwealth and Director of its Research, Recovery, and Investigate Educational Research Center, she champions Worldbridging Environments, frameworks designed to help humanity adapt to new paradigms shaped by interspecies cooperation and cosmic awareness. Her work connects communities, scholars, and individual patrons around the globe, inspiring open dialogue about our place in a multidimensional universe.

Before leading Omicron, Dr. Whitney spent nearly 45 years as an Environmental Scientist with the U.S. Navy’s Department of Defense Special Programs and Projects, where she worked in classified research and, by her account, gained unique exposure to human–extraterrestrial interactions. She also chairs the Board of Directors for the Chaldai Foundation, which provides services in holistic medicine, ancient healing, esoteric teachings, and private education.
