Dr. Max Gerson was one of the first modern physicians to create a plan for healing the body through diet. From the 1920s through the 50s Dr. Gerson facilitated complete reversals of cancer and other life threatening diseases using a vegan diet wigh fresh juices and enemas to release toxins from the liver.
