This Getting Over an Ex guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who have broken up in a relationship but are finding it hard to move on due to holding on to past memories together.

Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. Walking away from a meaningful relationship is always going to be difficult. When it wasn't your decision, a break up can be even harder. Breakups are one of the most traumatic things that can happen in our adult lives — but the important thing is to not let it affect your confidence and having the ability to move on. In this session we will help you to deal with a relationship loss, so you can move on with your life and experience all the benefits of a new relationship. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to getting over an ex.
