Step 2: Upgrading your Diet

Next comes the action! Once we have the information, we can go ahead and make the necessary changes. And it all begins with the food we eat. During this program we will be preparing food together that not only nourishes your body and feeds the mind but also tastes amazing.

Step 3: Mastering the Mind & Body

Once we have a strong foundation of the right information and the right diet, we can really take our mind and body to the next level. There are daily practices that are proven to rewire our brain for more happiness, clear thinking, and positive emotions. This is a process we will begin in these 21 days and you will hopefully continue for the rest of your life.
