BREW INTO TEA:

  • Chaga chunks
  • Spring water

BLEND 2 CUPS OF THE BASE TEA WITH:

  • 1/?2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp he shou wu
  • 1 tsp eucommia
  • 1 tsp cistanche
  • 1 tsp morinda
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 1/2 tsp reishi powder
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Raw honey to taste
