Regina and Kahu Fred Sterling we have more than one aspect that is incarnated at one time. When the shift happens, a consolidation of consciousness will occur moving all of those aspects into one vehicle. When this happens, the other bodies, acting as containers, will cease to be. A major part of the shift is extreme changes in DNA that come so quickly and powerfully that people will be caught off guard.
