Menopause can cause a huge number of symptoms and bodily changes, both physical and emotional. While physical symptoms like the night sweats and irregular periods are the more visible and talked about, the emotional symptoms such as anxiety deserve just as much recognition.This session will help you to adjust to this time of life and to learn how to manage and control your symptoms. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to managing menopause.
