Peter Taylor on Alchemy

One of the real enigmas within the history of science is that the original members of the British Royal Society, men such as Isaac Newton, were what author Peter Taylor calls, alchemists. Peter Taylor is a natural scientist who has written a book called, Chill, in which he warns that the world is cooling and that solutions proposed at Copenhagen ignore the risks of starvation, resource depletion, threats to ecosystems and a possible return of the Ice Age.
