This Stop Smoking guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who are 95% ready to stop smoking. If you are 50% ready, or just thinking about quitting or have any doubts about stopping then this session is not for you. We can only assist those that are committed and want to stop.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways so you’re much more motivated to achieve your goals.
