This is an open level class with Clara Roberts-Oss that is focused on lengthening the hamstrings and quads. By the end, you’ll feel more like Gumby and less like Blockhead (Gumby’s Nemesis). Great for runners and those who are tight in the legs. Note – Those with sensitive knees should have a bolster or block for Virasana.

I can always count on this one particular class to help me with my hip, as there is back work with the chosen poses as well as the primary focus of my achy leg. No pain anymore after over a week of pain; whatever was pinching is gone. Thanks again, Clara.

Recovering from an over-strained thigh muscle, this class was the perfect stretch without being "too much" - my legs feel great, my mind feels calm and clear, and I am delighted to have had another class with Clara. Such good stuff! Thank you, Clara <3

Just got back from a low energy 5 mile run. Gumby Legs helped immensely with the tightness in my IT band.

I absolutely LOVE Clara's classes! She never disappoints me! I am a runner and this was so perfect for my sore legs and hips. They really needed a good stretch. This was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you again Clara!

I just love your classes Clara... my hip flexor has been troubling me all week and then today my left quad had a niggle in it after circuit training, am also a runner so this sequence was just what I needed. Defo going in my fave box.........xx

The sequencing in Clara's class is unique, yet flows so naturally. She offers wonderful gems of wisdom and introspection with a sweet and subtle delivery that always leave me feeling enriched and grateful. She is far and beyond my favorite teacher on this site!
