Dear Mr and Mrs Yee,
thank you both for your concise, thorough and generous instruction. Many years ago I started doing flow Yoga at home by imitating any Mr Yee's videos I could find on Youtube as I find his Yoga crystal clear, and it changed everything for me. This Foundation series you have presented here has brought back many details I first learned at an Iyengar school in Bangalore. I sometimes allow students to bend their legs in Parsvottanasana, so I was pleased to hear your recommendation against it, as well as the phone book metaphore referring to lowering to the floor speed in Virasana.

I am having a self re-training course by doing your whole Yoga Foundation series in 3 days. Looking forward to what's coming,

Thank you for a wonderful practice. I love Cat/Cow as a pattern of transition. It reminds me to keep a soft front and strong back all day long. Namaste.
