Pilates exercises are great for sculpting and strengthening your body, as well as helping alignment, posture, and control over the body. Total Body Challenge Pilates is designed to make you leaner and stronger; adding the resistance band to your Pilates practice helps you isolate specific muscle groups to tone more efficiently. Linda Farrell’s easy-to-follow instructions and demonstrations will make this one of your favorite Pilates workouts.

The Total Body Challenge Pilates video features three 20-minute workouts for the abs, lower body and upper body. You can either break it down into three parts, or do them all for a full Pilates workout. The exercises are demonstrated using a resistance band and a neck-support pillow. Each workout is demonstrated for beginner and advanced skill levels.
