GREEN DREAM SMOOTHIE
Serves: 2
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Large handful of spinach
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds (aka hemp hearts)
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 small frozen banana
- ¼ - ½ avocado, scooped from the skin
- Handful of ice
Directions
- Blend until perfectly smooth and creamy!
PURPLE MAGIC HIGH FIBER SMOOTHIE
Serves: 2
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 16 oz (2 cups) cold water
- 1 serving high-quality vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp psyllium husk powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 4 drops liquid stevia (optional)
- Handful of ice
Directions
- Blend until perfectly smooth and creamy!
RAW CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE
Serves: 2
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 16oz unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Handful of ice
Directions
- Blend until perfectly smooth and creamy!
Note*
To save a smoothie for later, use a blender bottle with the wire whisk ball inside. Add a handful of ice, and pour your smoothie in. This will keep it nice and cold, and you'll be able to shake it up for better texture.
