This Dating Confidence guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who need more confidence to date.

Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. Both men and women can struggle with dating confidence. It can hold so many people back from meeting the right person or attracting a partner or the type of relationship that they want. If you approach dating full of anxiety and with a negative inner critic you’re more likely to have a negative experience and the person you are on that date with will feel that energy. This session will help you to build your inner confidence whilst dating so you radiate positivity and you genuinely enjoy your dating experiences. In this session we will help you to feel more confident, take control and manage your blushing when you feel stressed or anxious. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to having more confidence when dating.
