This Loneliness guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who might live on their own, or spend a lot of time on their own and suffer from loneliness.

Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. Loneliness is a feeling of disconnection from society and for many people, loneliness can significantly impact your quality of life and your physical and mental health. This session will help you to manage those internal feelings and help you find ways to create healthy relationships to combat loneliness. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to feeling less lonely.
