Fruit Salad

Fruit salad can be made up of any combination of seasonal fruit. Apart from growing some of our own, we also like to use the most local, seasonal and organic fresh fruit that we can find. Here is one of our favorite combinations that we make during the summer months.

Serves: 2-3


(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • ½ red papaya, chopped, deseeded and peeled
  • 3 peaches, diced
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2 cups cherries, halved and seed removed
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 mangos, diced
  • 1 medium pineapple, diced


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Serve immediately.
