Jaw and Hip Connection

Our jaws and hips are intimately connected. This class is designed to encourage awareness of this thread between these two spaces without transferring tension from one to the other. Begin with fluid movements in both standing and grounded shapes to cultivate awareness of the spaces around the hips. Then build into a standing series of postures with a focus on open hip based shapes. Conclude with savasana or in a seated position.
