Lower Body Workout

Yoga and Pilates instructor, Suzanne Deason, combines moves from both disciplines and adds the BalanceBall for stability. This workout will sculpt and tone your lower body muscles: ankles, calves, inner and outer thighs, hips and butt. Yoga based movements will help build strength and flexibility in the spine and lower back. Pilates exercises will help trim your waist and develop the abdominal muscles.
