  • 2 yellow grapefruits, peeled and seeds removed
  • ½ inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of natural vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup spring or filtered water
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Raw honey, pure maple syrup or stevia leaf powder to taste (optional)
