Bacopa is unique in that it is able to increase the intellectual and cognitive function without over-stimulating the body. Gotu Kola is recommended for nervous disorders and premature aging. A rejuvenating herb, gotu kola works on improving memory and brain function. Discontinuing use of gotu kola is suggested if one is dealing with mild depression.

  • 2 cups warm gynostemma tea
  • 1⁄4 cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp lucuma
  • 1⁄2 tsp chai spice blend
  • 1⁄2 tsp ashwagandha
  • 1⁄4 tsp mucuna pruriens
  • 1⁄4 tsp bacopa
  • 1⁄4 tsp gotu kola
  • 1⁄4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
  • Additional sweetener to taste
