Firstly, love the series so far. New to Kundalini and found the 'classes' very informative - Many thanks.
Quick question, considering that each class covers such a specific area, is the intention for example, to perform class 1 each day for a week (or more) then move on to class 2, or do a different class each day?

Thank you for commenting! We're glad to hear that you're enjoying Guru Jagat's classes!

The classes are not sequential, so you can practice them in any order. As for the frequency - some practitioners recommend a daily practice, but the kriyas can be powerful so don't overdo it. Even practicing once or twice a week will offer benefits. Be sure to listen to your body and do what feels right for you!

It was my first Kundalini practice...I feel exhausted now, is it normal? I thought it would super-energize me instead! It's good, though, because I am ready to go to bed, so I guess I'll be sleeping soundly.
By the way, I liked the practice, and I hope my slow thyroid liked it too.

Sat Nam, Thank you for bringing these lovely practices. I have enjoyed them all and appreciate the brevity to add other Kriyas that my body is calling for. Just add a little rocking music to the "Shake" section and it would be perfect!

I am a yoga teacher - I don't usually practice kundalini as I feel you need proper guidance from a person - not a book. This practice was very informative and I felt lead in a way that was confident.
