Great practice! One recommendation- I did the practice after briskly walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes and it was a perfect because I was warm. It may be too much "cold stretching" if one is not warm or just waking. But otherwise, I liked her alignment cues and pacing!

A great worded secquence loved it! I feel rejuvinated and dextified. The only thing I can say is a slower ending. I was just a bit rushed. Other than that is was great!

I'd like to preface my comment by mentioning that a spent a weekend of seated meditation. So, that being said, this practice was not what I needed first thing in the morning. I really missed some virabhadrasana poses or some counter poses to stretch the hip flexor. I feel that I'd enjoy this in the evening or later in the day.
