Join Jesse Enright as he leads you through a challenging and fun vinyasa based sequence in which you will learn to: "Use your Strength to create your Flexibilty". Great for balancing the muscular body and keen students wishing to better understand and improve their strength, flexibility and the alignment of their yoga postures. Also great for building core strength!!

The great sage Patanjali has a simple approach when describing the qualities of an effective asana practice: "Sthira Sukham Asanam" - "A yoga posture must be both steady and spacious." In order for us to experience the exhilarating freedom of flexibilty (Sukha) we all crave in our yoga practice, we must first build a foundation of stability and strength (Sthira) on which to open.

Jesse I am in love with your visual-verbal cues and your gentle encouragement towards progression! The "shoulders at the backside of the heart" for one, so helpful for opening the chest. The "fingertip push ups" and "suction cup" hand...I feel the spaciousness in my body after this vinyasa.

A great practice and lesson. It is challenging for me, since I am not as familiar with vinyasa. But, at the end of the practice, I can feel the strength and the stillness of my body. Jesse also did a great job leading and explaining each posture. I plan to incorporate this video in my yoga practice. I only wish that the practice could be slightly longer, especially for shavasana, in order to let the body feel the stillness after the practice.
